Around 10:40 a.m., people told police that they saw someone shoot on Raven Avenue
Police in Ottawa say a man was killed Wednesday morning on Raven Avenue, which is southwest of the city center.
People in the area called police around 10:40 a.m. to tell them there had been a shooting near Raven and Carlington parks.
Officers found the body of a 47-year-old man and are now looking into his death, they said.
The police haven’t said anything about suspects or arrests because the investigation is still going on.
